Rainbow Local Government are looking for support for some key initiatives and I am happy to provide mine. Equitable access to services and provision of government-funded direct services at a local level is important for all local governments.
The formation or ongoing work of an LGBTIQA+ Advisory Committee.
The adoption or continuation of an LGBTIQA+ Action Plan.
The display of the rainbow and/or trans flag on IDAHOBIT, Wear it Purple Day and Trans Day of Remembrance.
The installation of a rainbow crossing in the community (or maintaining an existing rainbow crossing).
Participating in Midsumma Pride March or in local pride events.
